Harnessing EQ for Meaningful Feedback

This dynamic programme helps participants use emotional intelligence to transform feedback into a catalyst for growth, for themselves and others.

Grounded in EQ’s four core components (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship management), participants learn how to give and receive feedback in ways that build trust, strengthen relationships, and support continuous improvement.

The Leader as a Coach
Coaching Skills for Managers

This application-focused workshop supports managers to develop a coaching mindset and the core skills required to lead, manage, and coach effectively.

Participants learn how to structure coaching conversations, ask better questions, and support development without defaulting to directive problem-solving.

  • Duration: 2 full days (6.5–7 hours per day)

  • Delivery: In person
