Our name is inspired by keystone rainforest species in Borneo, living systems that quietly support entire ecosystems to thrive. In the same way, emotionally intelligent leadership creates the conditions for people, teams, and organisations to grow sustainably.

For us, leadership carries a wider responsibility. It extends beyond individual performance to the wellbeing of teams, communities, and the world we operate in.
A portion of our business proceeds supports conservation efforts through The Orangutan Project, a non-profit organisation dedicated to protecting orangutans and their rainforest habitat.
This reflects our belief that leadership is not only about results, but about the systems we strengthen and the impact we leave behind.

Our Philosophy
​We believe that sustainable leadership is not built through technical skills alone, but through the ability to understand emotions, make intentional choices under pressure, and lead with clarity and humanity. Our work integrates the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence framework to help leaders harness emotions as a source of insight, resilience, and impact.

Using the Six Seconds EQ model: Know Yourself, Choose Yourself, Give Yourself, alongside the SEI Leadership, Development, and Brain Profile assessments, we offer evidence-based tools that translate emotional intelligence into everyday leadership practice. These tools provide practical insight into how emotions influence behaviour, communication, decision-making, and organisational culture.
